Department of Justice, and is administered by the Westchester County Office for Women.The Office for Women is a partner in the Westchester County Family Justice Center (FJC) Collaborative to provide services for individuals who are victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.The FJC is funded through a grant administered by the county Office for Women, with 23 county agencies, not for profits and community partners. It is a safe place where victims can go to talk with an advocate, get legal help in obtaining an Order of Protection, custody, and child support, immigration and other issues, learn about making a safety plan, find out about domestic violence shelter services, access public assistance and receive spiritual support in addition to other services.TCFV’s three major focus areas are: Support to Service Providers: TCFV educates and trains victim advocates, criminal justice personnel, health care providers, faith communities, businesses, advocacy organizations, service providers and allied professionals in communities throughout Texas and the nation.We host hundreds of local, statewide, and online trainings each year and answer thousands of technical assistance calls for family violence and battering intervention and prevention programs each year.

This plan, developed by the Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs, is a first step to address common federal goals for youth, elevate strong models of youth programs, policies, and other supports, and articulate areas for future collaborative work with and for youth.

The Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs recognizes the importance of Positive Youth Development (PYD) and created a national Research Agenda on PYD that describes the key research domains and questions that could benefit from future research.
